wO3 (II) [in the formulae: on a three-phase diagram depicted by values of (x, y), x and y are in a range surrounded by a region(exclusive of a boundary) formed by connecting a point A1 (0.50, 0.07), a point A2 (0.50, 0.17), a point A3 (0.65, 0.17), a point A4 (0.75, 0.13), a point A5(0.75, 0.05), a point A6(0.70, 0.03), and a point A7(0.60, 0.07) as a straight line; and Z is 0.02-0.06 and w is 0.02-0.06).
