Description:
DESCRIPTION

COMPOSITE AND METAL PROFILE LOCK SYSTEM

Field of the Invention:

The present invention relates to a composite and metal profile lock system designed to reduce the dead load of high-rise buildings and to erect very high structures even on made-up soils.

It is a composite and metal profile lock system that can be installed very quickly thanks to its lock system permitting the installation of panels forming the inner and outer walls, with their external and internal sidings in a plant environment, and as structures with their heat, water, sound and fire insulations completed, to the building surface within buildings, without scaffolding in terms of occupational safety, in any type of constructions.

The State of the Art:

The sidings in the construction systems related to the field of invention are generally covered by using heavy building materials such as bricks, aerated concrete, concrete panels, and insulations and fine construction works such as plastering are generally conducted in construction sites. In today’s world, this process extends the duration of the works in buildings that have to be high-rise and extremely increases the dead load of buildings, thereby also increasing the acceleration values of the forces applied to structures at the moment of an earthquake in regions with earthquake risks. Furthermore, works performed by workers on scaffolds cause many occupational accidents in terms of occupational safety.

Definition of the Invention:

The present invention is a composite and metal profile lock system, wherein it enables the installation of the system also to high-rise buildings at high occupational safety standards, without a scaffold. The present invention primarily lightens buildings and increases their resistance to earthquakes. It provides high heat insulation and raises the fire resistance of buildings to the levels of A1 -A2.

High sound insulation and water insulation are also provided, and installation rate is increased and building installation costs are decreased, by the invention which enables the shipping of the finished recyclable panels without corrosion problems, and for which static calculations can be carried out in compliance with global standards.

The surface coatings of the present invention are finished and all heat- water-sound-fire insulations are made. Description of Drawings:

It is a composite and metal profile lock system comprising an angular female lock slot (16) and female profile lock inlet gap (10) through cold forming, metal extrusion, molding or pressing methods, in which the lock tightening piece (6) is set on the lock tightening piece resting surface (17), and comprising a composite and metal female profile (5), completing the locking.

The angular male lock slot (14) and the angular female lock slot (16) are located in axial direction at the junction of the finished walls (Figure 11), and the male profile lock outlet gap (11) and female profile lock inlet gap (10) are located in an opposing direction (FIGURE 13). It is a composite and metal profile lock system that is locked by outwards movement of the right threaded lock (1 ) and left threaded lock (2) screwed on the right-left threaded bolt (3) through standard-clockwise turning of the hexagonal wrench inserted from the lock tightening hole (9) on the composite and metal male lock profile (4) of the profiles laid up and placed side by side into the key hole (12), simultaneously exiting from both sides from the male profile lock outlet gap (11) towards the lock tightening piece (6), passing through the female profile lock inlet gap (10) by its movement on the composite and metal female profile (5), through sliding over the angular surface of the lock tightening piece (6) and pulling each other by that manner, and hence forming a connection which does not loosen. It is a composite and metal profile lock system enabling the addition of the desired strength to constructions thanks to multiple lock tightening shown in Figure 15 - 16 according to building static calculations and wall length.

Implementation of the Invention in the Industry

The composite and metal profile lock system described above shall contribute to the manufacture of any types of certified structures in a closed plant environment, more quickly and more safely, at quality standards and in high capacities, in a flawless manner. Furthermore it will also shorten the building time of the structures through its characteristics of easy installation with finished insulation, electrical and water system, and interior and exterior surface coatings.
