Abstract:
A composite material of strontium-doped ordered mesoporous lanthanum manganite loaded with the precious metal palladium, and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof in catalytic oxidation of toluene. La(NO3)3 · 6H2O, Mn(NO3)2, and Sr(NO3)2 are used as a lanthanum source, a manganese source and a strontium source, a silicon template molecular sieve is used as a hard template, and citric acid is used as a complexing agent. By means of evaporation, drying, calcination, and sodium hydroxide solution etching, an La1-xSrxMnO3 nanotube material is obtained. The La1-xSrxMnO3 is taken as a carrier, a sodium tetrachloropalladate metal precursor is added, and by means of agitation and thermal evaporation of the solvent, and hydrogen gas reduction and calcination, an La1-xSrxMnO3 nanotube composite material loaded with palladium is obtained. The introduction of strontium in the Pd@La-1-xSrxMnO3 composite material of the present invention increases the content of tetravalent manganese, thereby promoting catalytic oxidation of toluene, and making possible high-efficiency catalytic oxidation of toluene at a lower temperature. The invention has good prospects for application in degrading the pollutant gas toluene emitted during industrial production and life.
