Abstract:
According to the present invention, a pem nut having a plurality of pins formed thereon is inserted into and coupled to a panel prior to hardening the panel, and then the panel is hardened to be integrated with the pem nut. Since the pem nut is thereby tightly coupled, the pem nut can be prevented from idly rotating when subsequently fastening a bolt. Also, the pem nut and the panel can be more firmly coupled by hardening the panel to which the pem nut is coupled. In addition, there is an advantage in that deformation of or damage to the panel does not occur during the coupling of the pem nut because the pins of the pem nut are inserted into and coupled to the panel. Furthermore, there is an advantage in that deformation of or damage to the panel due to the fastening force used when fastening a bolt does not occur because a fastening hole is not located inside the panel.
