Abstract:
Disclosed is a composite material oxygen and coal spray gun, pertaining to the fields of direct reduction and smelting reduction ironmaking. The spray gun comprises an oxygen spraying gun, a coal spraying gun, at least one water cooling structure, a fireproof composite material, and a conical sealing surface. The coal spraying gun is linearly inserted into the center of the oxygen spraying gun or is arranged in parallel on an outer side of an upper portion of the oxygen spraying gun. The water cooling structure is composed of a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, and a spiral cooling water pipe and is an integrated connecting structure. The water cooling structure is formed by casting molten copper into an integral water cooling channel to form a thick-walled seamless copper pipe. The spiral cooling water pipe is wound around the oxygen spraying gun and the coal spraying gun, cooling water enters the front end of a gun body from the water inlet pipe and then flows along the spiral cooling water pipe to flow out of the water outlet pipe at a rear portion of the gun body. The cooling system enables both the front end and the whole gun body to be in a high-speed low-resistance loss water cooling state, and even under the impact of a molten iron stream burned by oxygen, a supercooling film boiling state can be avoided and gun body loss is prevented. The cooling system is suitable for plug-in oxygen (and/or) coal injection under ultra-high temperature conditions such as melt reduction.
