Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a composite material frame profile, and a solar component frame and a manufacturing method therefor. The composite material frame profile comprises a profile body, and an insertion cavity, which is arranged on the profile body and configured for the insertion of a toothed angle bracket, wherein an inner surface of a side wall of the insertion cavity in an area of the frame profile for mounting the angle bracket is provided with an angle bracket insertion portion, and the angle bracket insertion portion is formed of a plurality of raised points or bosses; and the side wall of the insertion cavity on which the raised points or the bosses are distributed is a side wall containing fiber fabric; and the raised points or the bosses are configured for fixing the toothed angle bracket by means of insertion. The fiber fabric used in the present invention can greatly enhance the mechanical strength of the area of the frame profile for mounting the angle bracket, thereby enhancing the mechanical strength of the raised points or the bosses, and realizing the rapid insertion of the toothed angle bracket.
