Abstract:
A composite impact resistance apparatus, comprising an inner barrel, a first pressure sensor (14), and an outer barrel. The inner barrel is connected to the inner bottom surface of the outer barrel. The first pressure sensor (14) is provided within the outer barrel and connected to the bottom section of the inner barrel. Connected in an upward sequence in the cavity of the inner barrel are a magnetorheological damper (15), a spiral valve core (6), a floating piston (5), and a spring (13). A piston rod (4) is connected to the inner top surface of the outer barrel. The bottom end of the piston rod (4) runs through the top section of the inner barrel, the spring (13), and the floating piston (5) and then is connected to the spiral valve core (6). A hydraulic fluid is filled below the spiral valve core (6). The apparatus provides a specific initial supporting force and also implements automatic self-adaptation to a dynamic impact, thus solving the problems in which an initial supporting force could not be provided by a conventional hydraulic damper, a large supporting force could not be provided easily by a conventional mechanical pressure crushable piece, and self-adaptive adjustments could not be made on the basis of impact work conditions.
