Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composite hard chrome plating film having excellent wear resistance, and a slide member coated with the film. Specifically, provided is a composite hard chrome plating film having a surface roughness Ra of 0.05-1.0. The composite hard chrome plating film is characterized in that the direction angle Af of plate-shaped alumina in a cross section of the composite hard chrome plating film (the direction angle Af of alumina is determined by formula (1) or formula (2)) is 0-45°.
