Abstract:
A composite grating (30), a diffractive optical waveguide (21) comprising the composite grating (30), and an electronic device (100) comprising the diffractive optical waveguide (21). Also provided is a manufacturing method for the composite grating (30). The composite grating (30) comprises a first relief structure (31) and a second relief structure (32); the first relief structure (31) comprises a plurality of first slits (310); the second relief structure (32) comprises a plurality of second slits (320); the second relief structure (32) is stacked on the light incident side of the first relief structure (31); the second slits (320) face away from the first relief structure (31); the surface of the first relief structure (31) facing away from the second relief structure (32) is a reference surface; an included angle between the projection of the extending direction (D1) of the first slits (310) and the projection of the extending direction (D2)of the second slits (320) on the reference surface ranges from 10 degrees to 90 degrees. The composite grating (30) has good optical uniformity and imaging effect.
