A composite bearing system according to the present invention comprises: a rotary shaft; a disk having the shape of a circular plate which couples to an axle of the rotary shaft and moves with the rotary shaft according to the direction of an axial load; a housing for surrounding the rotary shaft and the disk; one pair of thrust bearings, each of which is respectively positioned two sides of the disk on inner wall surfaces of the housing; and a gas inlet body, which is coupled to the housing that surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the disk, for aspirating a high-pressure gas into the inside of the housing, wherein the amount of the high-pressure gas, which is introduced to the two sides of the disk, is controlled depending on the position of the disk that has shifted, and wherein the axial load of the bearings is divided by guiding so that more of the high-pressure gas is introduced between the bearings and the disk that are positioned at the shifted direction.
