Abstract:
A communications device that connects to a network and performs wireless communications receives rejection messages indicating either rejection of a request to the network from the communications device or a disconnection request from the network. The communications device sends connection request messages to the network. The communications device determines that the service agreement for the network is in a canceled state, if: a first condition is met whereby the communications device continually receives rejection messages from the network across a prescribed time period; and then a second condition is met whereby a connection request message sent by the communications device is rejected by the network.
