Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: when far-end interference is detected, an access network device determines first information, wherein the first information is used for configuring a time domain resource of an SRS to be migrated from a first time domain resource to a second time domain resource, and the strength of the far-end interference on the second time domain resource is less than that of the far-end interference on the first time domain resource; and the access network device sends the first information to a terminal. On the basis of the described method, when far-end interference is detected, an access network device may migrate a relatively important SRS to a position where interference is small, and the far-end interference experienced by the SRS is reduced, and after the channel interference of the SRS is reduced, a BF beam can be more accurate, thereby facilitating improvement of the beam signal-to-noise ratio of a terminal, improving the performance such as the downlink throughput, and reducing the impact of the far-end interference on the uplink transmission of the access network device.
