Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a communication method and apparatus, and a device, which are used for performing measurement during BWP switching. The method comprises: a user equipment performing measurement by using a first SSB associated with a first BWP; and after receiving first information, the user equipment resetting a first measurement, wherein the first information may indicate that an activated BWP of the user equipment is switched to a second BWP, and the first measurement is a measurement using the first SSB. In this way, after a BWP is switched, a user equipment resets a measurement using a first SSB, such that the effect of the measurement using the first SSB on a measurement using a second SSB associated with a second BWP may be avoided, and rational measurement and/or measurement reporting may be performed during BWP switching.
