Abstract:
The present invention relates to a communication equipment setting system and method for a user-centered communication service, wherein a caller number displayed on a counterpart terminal can be designated, and privacy of an individual can be protected via communicable time setting and audio guidance such that a counterpart can recognize a communicable situation of a user, and comprises: a user-centered service management server that consists of a web server or application management server, enables a designated number, a name, a receiver number, and a time to be set, requests a guidance comment setting, and requests private communication equipment or mobile carrier equipment for function setting registration; a text message management server for setting the designated number, the name, the receiver number, and a callback text message according to a setting request of the user through the user-centered service management server; key mobile carrier exchange equipment for performing a connection with the private communication equipment or mobile carrier equipment to provide communication services of a user terminal and customer terminal; and the private communication equipment or mobile carrier equipment for performing mapping with the designated number registered according to a registration request of the user-centered service management server, and performing transmitting and receiving call connections, user registration and setting value storage, guidance comment transmission requesting, text message transmission requesting, connection block requesting, and designated number display requesting.
