The embodiments of the present disclosure belong to the technical field of communications. Provided are a common signal measurement method for a terminal, and a terminal and a storage medium. The common signal measurement method for a terminal comprises: determining whether the current terminal is a main terminal in a terminal cluster to which the current terminal belongs; and when the current terminal is not the main terminal, acquiring first common signal data obtained by means of measurement by the main terminal in the terminal cluster, and obtaining, according to the first common signal data, second common signal data corresponding to the current terminal.
