Abstract:
Provided is a combined tooth surface cycloidal movable tooth transmission mechanism. The combined tooth surface cycloidal movable tooth transmission mechanism is based on a combined tooth surface cycloidal raceway, takes a combined tooth surface cycloidal movable tooth meshing pair as a core, can be further divided into a single-stage combined tooth surface cycloidal movable tooth transmission unit, a single-stage densely arranged combined tooth surface cycloidal movable tooth transmission unit, a two-tooth-difference densely arranged combined tooth surface cycloidal movable tooth transmission unit, a double-output two-tooth-difference combined tooth surface cycloidal movable tooth transmission unit, etc., which transmission units are connected with themselves or with each other in series, in parallel or in series and parallel, and thereby a more complex multi-stage transmission unit is formed, and rich and varied forms are applied to a speed reducer. A tooth surface of the combined tooth surface cycloidal raceway is composed of three discrete different tooth surfaces, and the meshing curves of all the tooth surfaces take a union set to constitute a complete cycloid, that is, a hypocycloid or an epicycloid.
