Abstract:
Provided is a coke oven body building system. The coke oven body building system comprises a vertical lifting platform (10), a ground rail I (20), a cross beam (30), a top rail (40), a ground rail II (50), an articulated robot (60), a building effector end (70) and a refractory-mortar conveyor (80), wherein the ground rail I (20) is laid flat on the vertical lifting platform (10), and the cross beam (30) is in mechanical driving connection with the vertical lifting platform (10) by means of the ground rail I (20); the cross beam (30) is provided with the top rail (40) and the ground rail II (50), the articulated robot (60) is suspended from the top rail (40), and the refractory-mortar conveyor (80) is mounted on the ground rail II (50) and synchronously operates with the articulated robot (60); and the building effector end (70) is mounted at an end of the articulated robot (60). The building effector end (70) comprises a vacuum suction tool (71), a vibration device (72) and a guiding ruler (73), wherein a brick (300) is suctioned by means of the vacuum suction tool (71); the refractory-mortar conveyor (80) smears mortar onto the brick (300); and after the brick is put in place, the guiding ruler (73) closely fits to a vertical face of a wall, the vibration device (72) vibrates on an upper surface of the brick (300), and a side face of the brick (300) closely fits to the guiding ruler (73) to eliminate a slight draft angle of the brick (300), such that a wall face of an oven body (200) is built vertically; moreover, air is exhausted from the mortar, thereby improving the mortar fullness during building.
