Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coastal karst cement-based cementitious expansion grouting material and a preparation method therefor. The expansion grouting material consists of components A and B. The component A comprises a cementitious material having the properties of tephra, water, and 0.01%-6.0% of an expanding agent; and the water-binder ratio is (0.5-0.9): 1. The component B comprises, in percentage by weight: 0.2%-1.3% of water-soluble vegetable gum, 0.5%-2.0% of polyacrylamide, 0.01%-2.0% of polyacrylic acid derivative salt, 0.02%-1.5% of a complexing agent, 0.05%-1.5% of alcohol polysaccharide, 2%-70% of sodium silicate, and 42.3%-90.3% of water; and the water-binder ratio is preferably 0.6: 1. According to the present invention, the coastal karst cement-based cementitious expansion grouting material has good stability in a flowing water condition, and can achieve effects such as filling and reinforcing unfavorable geological structures in coastal karst areas, such as filling fissures and caves, and blocking water channels; moreover, a cement-based expansion material is adjustable in expansion, and regulation and control can be performed according to actual karst cave filling working conditions.
