Abstract:
A coal gangue and fly ash mixed ecological filling method. A layer of hard protective shell having a compact internal structure is formed by a fly ash-based cementing material at the bottom of a mine pit; a layer of flexible protective film is formed on the hard protective shell by a polymer waterproof coating to repair fine cracks; and such a double anti-seepage structure has a small permeability coefficient, and effectively prevents the migration of a filtrate to an underground environment, so as to achieve near-zero leakage. Coal gangue and fly ash are filled layer by layer in a three-dimensional manner, so as to form scientific grading among layers; and during humidifying and rolling, free Ca2+ in the fly ash promotes generation of a hydration cementing product to coat the surface of the coal gangue to achieve oxygen-isolating and flame-retardant effect on the coal gangue, and hydration swelling characteristics of the hydration cementing product also promote the compactness of the fly ash and the coal gangue.
