Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a CMOS power amplifier integrated wide-voltage transmitter, comprising: a transmitting module configured to transmit a signal, wherein the transmitting module comprises a CMOS power amplifier; and a transmitter control module electrically connected to the transmitting module and configured to control, according to a network protocol, the transmitting frequency and transmitting power of a radio frequency signal transmitted by the transmitting module and to process a baseband signal. The transmitter in the present invention can improve the level of integration and reduce the area of a module and the number of module components, thereby reducing costs. Also provided in the present invention is a CMOS power amplifier integrated wide-voltage transceiver.
