Abstract:
The present invention comprises a lever-side clutch unit which controls transmission and disengagement of rotational torque which is input, and a break-side clutch unit which transmits, to the output side, rotational torque from the lever-side clutch unit and disengages rotational torque which is reverse-input from the output-side. The brake-side clutch unit is provided with an inner wheel 15 to which rotational torque from the lever-side clutch unit is input, and an output shaft 22 through which rotation is output. A phase return means 32 for returning the inner wheel 15 to a neutral phase relative to the output shaft 22 when input of rotational torque from the inner wheel 15 has been disengaged is provided to the inner wheel 15 and the output shaft 22.
