Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a lever-side clutch unit 11 that controls the transmission and cutoff of rotation torque that is input; and a brake-side clutch unit 12 that transmits, to the output side, the rotation torque from the lever-side clutch unit 11, and that cuts off rotation torque that is reverse input from the output side. The brake-side clutch unit 12 is provided with: an input shaft 15; an output shaft 31 that is disposed so as to be coaxial with and oppose the input shaft 15; an outer ring 33 that rotatably supports the input shaft 15 and the output shaft 31; and an output gear 36 that is disposed between the input shaft 15 and the output shaft 31 so as to be axially movable. A concave/convex fitting part 54, which is capable of meshing in the rotation direction, is provided between the output gear 36 and the outer ring 33. The concave/convex fitting part 54 is composed of: a tooth part 56 that is formed on an axial direction end surface of the outer ring 33; and a tooth part 55 that is formed on an axial direction end surface of the output gear 36 which opposes the axial direction end surface of the outer ring 33.
