Abstract:
A first reverse input cutoff mechanism (10) having the configuration of a roller-type reverse input cutoff clutch and a second reverse input cutoff mechanism (20) that utilizes an eccentric cam (24) are connected with an intermediate rotating member (2) as a shared configurative member. When input torque is exerted on a first input member (11) of the first reverse input cutoff mechanism (10), the connection between the cutoff mechanisms thereby enables rotation of the first input member (11) to be transmitted to an output shaft (an output member) (22) via the intermediate rotating member (2), input torque can be exerted on a second input member (21) of the second reverse input cutoff mechanism (20) to move the output shaft (22) even when the supply of input torque to the first input member (11) has stopped, and when reverse input torque is exerted on the output shaft (22), the output shaft (22) is locked and the output shaft (22) can be kept in a stopped state.
