Disclosed is a clutch release bearing assembly (201), comprising: a release bearing (210), having an inner ring (211) and an outer ring (212) which are coaxially provided, wherein one of the inner ring and outer ring is a rotatable ring and the other one is a non-rotational ring, and the non-rotational ring is provided with a first protruding part (240, 314) protruding inward along a radial direction; a fixed stopper (224, 322), provided on the side of the first protruding part which is away from the clutch (100) along the axial direction and abutting axially against the first protruding part; and an elastic part (230, 330), for providing an axial elastic force to enable the first protruding part to abut against the stopper; the first protruding part abutting against the stopper in the manner of preventing friction. The clutch release bearing assembly can facilitate self-centering of the release bearing and additionally improve the NVH performance of the vehicle, and thus the release bearing and the stopper have a long service life. Further disclosed is a clutch system (10) comprising the clutch release bearing assembly.
