Abstract:
A clutch hydraulic torque converter regulation device, which is mainly composed of a power input shaft (12), a driving disk (10) and a driven disk (9) disposed on the power input shaft (12), and a power output shaft (13) disposed corresponding to the power input shaft (12). One end of the power input shaft (12) is provided with a sun gear (2); the sun gear (2) is provided at the center of a shell (1) arranged close to the driven disk (9); at least one planet gear (3) is engaged with the sun gear (2); a planet gear shaft (4) is arranged at the center of each planet gear (3); the planet gear shaft (4) is fixed to the inner side of the shell (1); in the shell (1), a high-pressure oil cavity (6) is formed on the side of the sun gear (2) engaged with the planet gear (3), and a low-pressure oil cavity (5) is formed on the other side; a low-pressure oil cavity oil inlet pipe (7) is connected to the low-pressure oil cavity (5), and a high-pressure oil cavity oil outlet pipe (8) is connected to the high-pressure oil cavity (6); a valve (11) is provided on the high-pressure oil cavity oil outlet pipe (8). The clutch hydraulic torque converter regulation device is simple in structure, easy and convenient to operate, and low in cost.
