Abstract:
A state-changing part (80) is provided on a radially outer side of a translation part (50) so as to be capable of moving relative to the translation part (50) in an axial direction. The state-changing part is capable of moving relative to a housing (12) in the axial direction so as to come into contact with a clutch (70) or separate from the clutch (70), is pushed against the clutch (70) by axial force from the translation part (50), and is capable of changing the state of the clutch (70) to an engaged state or a disengaged state in accordance with the relative axial position of the translation part (50) in relation to the housing (12). A movement-restricting part (82) is provided to the translation part (50) so as to be positioned on the clutch (70)-side of the state-changing part (80), and is capable of restricting the relative movement of the state-changing part (80) toward the clutch (70) in relation to the translation part (50) when in contact with the state-changing part (80).
