Abstract:
A clutch device 10 comprises a pressure plate 70 provided so as to be able to approach or separate from a clutch center 40 and to rotate relative to the clutch center. The pressure plate 70 comprises: a flange 98 that extends radially outward from the outer edge of a main body 72; a plurality of pressure-side engaging teeth 77 that are formed so as to protrude from a front surface 98A of the flange 98 in a first direction D1, that retain an input-side rotating plate 20 and an output-side rotating plate 22, and that are arranged in a circumferential direction S; and a flange-side recess 96 that is recessed in the first direction D1 from a rear surface 98B of the flange 98. As seen from the axial direction of an output axle 15, at least a portion of the flange-side recess 96 overlaps the pressure-side engaging teeth 77.
