Abstract:
A prime mover (20) has: a stator (21) provided to a housing (12); a rotor (23) provided so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the stator (21); and a magnet (230) provided to the rotor (23), and can be energized to operate and output a torque from the rotor (23). A magnet cover (24) is provided so as to cover at least a part of the magnet (230). The reduction gear device (30) has a sun gear (31), a planetary gear (32), a carrier (33), a first ring gear (34), and a second ring gear (35). The carrier (33) is provided on a radially outer side of the sun gear (31) and on a radially inner side of the first ring gear (34) and the second ring gear (35) so as to be able to be brought into contact with the magnet cover (24) or a rotating portion (40).
