A clutch actuation mechanism. The clutch actuation mechanism comprises a housing, a translation transmission component (2), a rotary transmission component (3) and a rotary driving component (1), wherein the translation transmission component (2) comprises a nut (21) and a lead screw shaft (22) screwed into an inner hole of the nut (21), the nut (21) being fixedly arranged on the housing; the rotary transmission component (3) comprises a connection shaft (31), a cam (32) and an adapter (33), the connection shaft (31) being rotatably arranged on the housing, the cam (32) sleeving the connection shaft (31), the adapter (33) being connected to the lead screw shaft (22), and the adapter (33) being capable of abutting against a special-shaped surface (321) of the cam (32); and the rotary driving component (1) is arranged on the housing, the rotary driving component (1) is configured to drive the connection shaft (31) and drive the cam (32) to rotate, and the adapter (33) drives the lead screw shaft (22) to rotate relative to the nut (21) under the driving action of the special-shaped surface (321) of the cam (32), such that the adapter (33) can translate in an axial direction of the lead screw shaft (22) under the driving of the lead screw shaft (22). Further provided is a vehicle.
