Abstract:
The present invention relates to a clustering analysis-based battery system online fault diagnosis method and system. According to the clustering analysis-based battery system online fault diagnosis method and system provided in the present invention, on the basis of the obtained operation data of an electric vehicle, battery cells in an electric vehicle battery system are subjected to cluster classification by using a K-means clustering algorithm, then an abnormal battery cell is determined quickly and accurately according to an Euclidean distance between the two battery cell clusters obtained by means of classification, and a battery cell serial number is output, so as to reduce the difficulty of battery cell fault monitoring in a real vehicle.
