Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of wafer processing, and in particular to a cleaving machine. A cleaving machine, comprising: a frame provided with a mounting plate; a rotating disc provided on the mounting plate and rotatably connected to the mounting plate, the rotating disc being suitable for placing a bar to be cleaved; a first photographing structure provided on the mounting plate and arranged on one side of the rotating disc; a suction assembly provided on the mounting plate and comprising a first mounting frame, a first transmission mechanism provided on the first mounting frame, and a suction cup connected to the first transmission mechanism, the first mounting frame being arranged on a side surface of the rotating disc, and a photographing space for the first photographing structure to perform photographing being formed on the suction cup; and a controller in signal connection to the suction cup, the first photographing structure and the first transmission mechanism separately, the controller controlling the first transmission mechanism to drive the suction cup to move to a position directly above and overlapping the rotating disc so as to suction the bar to be cleaved, move to the first photographing structure, and place the bar back to the original position after photographing is completed. The present application solves the problems of uncompact structure and long moving time of cleaving machines.
