Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cleaning agent or the like, which exhibits high cleaning power with respect to processing oils that contain a large amount of a poorly soluble component, and which has less possibility of ozone depletion and global warming.
[Solution] A cleaning agent composition which contains (A) a fluoropropene compound represented by general formula (1) and (B) one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of organic compounds having an ether bond and/or an ester bond, hydrocarbons and polyhydric alcohols, each one of which has a vapor pressure at 20°C of 1.33 × 10-2 Pa or more but less than 1.33 × 103 Pa.
