Abstract:
A clean anaerobic chamber, comprising an outer chamber body (10), an inner chamber body (20) and a heating device, The inner chamber body (20) is provided in the outer chamber body (10), and an air jacket (11) is formed between the inner wall of the outer chamber body (10) and the outer wall of the inner chamber body (20); the outer chamber body (10) is provided with a first air inlet (12) and a first air outlet (13) separately communicated with the air jacket (11); gas can flow into the air jacket (11) by means of the first air inlet (12) and flow out of the first air outlet (13); the heating device is used for heating gas in the air jacket (11), so as to indirectly adjust the temperature of an accommodating cavity (21) by means of the air jacket (11); the accommodating cavity (21) is provided with a filtering device and a first circulating device (30), and the air jacket (11) is provided with a second circulating device (70).
