Abstract:
Disclosed are a clamp and an electronic device assembly, solving the problems in the art of a spring and a rotary shaft of a clamp being generally exposed over a large area, the appearance of the clamp being relatively crude , and the experience of using an electronic device being poor when the clamp is used in cooperation with the electronic device. The clamp specifically comprises: a first clamping plate (10) provided with a first bracket (101) and a second bracket (102), which are arranged opposite each other and spaced apart; an elastic member (11) arranged between the first bracket and the second bracket; a rotary shaft (12), which sequentially passes through the elastic member and the first bracket, and sequentially passes through the elastic member and the second bracket; and a second clamping plate (13) provided with a blocking cover (131). The blocking cover is sheathed outside the first bracket, the second bracket and the elastic member and is hinged to the rotary shaft, so as to prevent the large-area exposure of the rotary shaft and the elastic member to improve the refined appearance of the clamp.
