Abstract:
An on-chip microgroove array digital PCR chip based on electrical impedance detection, comprising a microgroove array, a power supply module, a clock generation module, a digital control logic module, a driving module, an analog-to-digital converter, a backscattering module, and a power-on reset module. The power supply module generates a standard voltage and current; the clock generation module generates clocks and impedance test excitation required by the digital control logic module and the analog-to-digital converter; the power-on reset module generates a reset signal for the digital control logic circuit; the backscattering module completes wireless transmission of an ADC output signal to an upper computer; the digital control logic module completes sequential gating and time division measurement of the microgroove array. Full integration of a detection unit and a chip is realized, and an external test board and a complex connection are not needed; meanwhile, an electrical impedance test principle is used, preceding steps and expensive instruments required by a fluorescent PCR are abandoned, and accurate analysis of the PCR can be realized; the present invention has the advantages of being simple, portable and low in cost.
