[Solution] A childcare product purchase assisting server 10 has a decision processing unit 80. The decision processing unit 80 has a growth level decision unit 81 that decides, in accordance with growth status data indicating a growth status of a child, a growth level of the child corresponding to the growth status, and a comprehensive purchase decision unit 82 that decides childcare products, which correspond to the decided growth level decided by the growth level decision unit 81, to be a candidate for a comprehensive purchase that is a bulk purchase. Moreover, the assisting server 10 has a presentation means that presents a comprehensive purchase list which lists the decided childcare products decided by the comprehensive purchase decision unit 82, an approval determination means that determines whether or not the comprehensive purchase has been approved, a change processing means that executes processing to change the comprehensive purchase list, and a change processing control means.
