Abstract:
A chemical stirring device, comprising a stirring tank (1) and a top cover (2), a filter mesh plate (12) being arranged at the bottom of the stirring tank (1). The chemical stirring device further comprises a first stirring assembly (3), a driving part (4) and a second stirring assembly (6); the first stirring assembly (3) comprises a transmission gear (31), a U-shaped strip (33), first stirring rods (35) and a sleeve (36), the outer side of the U-shaped strip (33) being in contact connection with the inner wall of the stirring tank (1) and the surface of the filter mesh plate(12), the transmission gear (31) being connected between the stirring tank (1) and the top cover (2), the U-shaped strip (33) being in fixed connection with the transmission gear (31), the sleeve (36) being fixedly connected to the end of the U-shaped strip (33) away from the top cover (2), the first stirring rods (35) being connected to the inner side of the U-shaped strip (33), and the driving part (4) being in meshed connection with the transmission gear (31); the second stirring assembly (6) comprises a central tube (61) and second stirring rods (62), the second stirring rods (62) being connected to the surface of the central tube (61), each second stirring rod (62) being distributed between two adjacent first stirring rods (35), and one end of the central tube (61) being movably sleeved in the sleeve (36). The chemical stirring device has the characteristics of good stirring effect and good anti-blocking effect.
