Abstract:
A chemical product crystallization device, comprising a support (1), a heat insulation cylinder (2), a circular hole (23), a heat-conducting cylinder (3), a sealing plug (31), a connecting rod (35), a push plate (36), and a rotating shaft (37). The heat insulation cylinder (2) is fixed on the upper end of the support (1); the circular hole (23) is provided on one end of the outer side surface of the heat insulation cylinder (2); one end of the heat-conducting cylinder (3) is mounted inside the circular hole (23), and the end of the heat-conducting cylinder (3) distant from the circular hole (23) is connected to the rotating shaft (37); the end of the rotating shaft (37) distant from the heat-conducting cylinder (3) passes through a sealed bearing (38) and extends to the outside of the heat-insulating cylinder (2); the sealing bearing (38) is fixed inside a through hole; the through hole is provided on the end of the outer surface of the heat insulation cylinder (2) distant from the circular hole (23); the push plate (36) is provided in the heat-conducting cylinder (3) at the end thereof close to the shaft (37); the connecting rod (35) is fixed at the upper edge of the side of the push plate (36) distant from the rotating shaft (37); the end of the connecting rod (35) distant from the push plate (36) is fixed on the outer surface of the sealing plug (31); the sealing plug (31) is mounted inside the heat-conducting cylinder (3) at the end thereof close to the circular hole (23).
