Provided is a chemical analysis device equipped with a hollow fiber degassing module with which it is possible to maintain an original good degassing performance even when used continuously for an extended period of time. More specifically, the hollow fiber degassing module 20A comprises a housing 210, and a hollow fiber membrane 220 disposed in an interior space S1 of the housing. The housing 210 includes: a liquid supply portion 216A which connects the outside of the housing 210 and an interior space S2 of the hollow fiber membrane 220, to supply constant-temperature water W1 from outside the housing 210 to the interior space S2 of the hollow fiber membrane 220; a liquid discharge portion 217A which connects the interior space S2 of the hollow fiber membrane 220 and the outside of the housing 210, to discharge degassed constant-temperature water W2 from the interior space S2 of the hollow fiber membrane 220 to the outside of the housing 210; a gas discharge portion 218A which connects the interior space S1 of the housing 210 and the outside of the housing 210 to reduce the pressure in the interior space S1 of the housing 210; and a liquid discharge portion 219A which is provided in a lower end portion, in a vertical direction, of the housing 210 to discharge liquid generated within the housing 210.
