Abstract:
A chemical agent supply device (100) comprises a surrounding portion (11) surrounding a chemical agent (14); a permeable membrane (12) provided at the surrounding portion (11) and having one surface (12A) and the other surface (12B); and a lid portion (13) provided at the surrounding portion 11 and providing a cover so as to form a space (15) together with the surrounding portion (11) and the permeable membrane (12). The chemical agent (14) is placed on the one surface (12A) of the permeable membrane (12) inside the space (15). The permeable membrane (12) allows the water (W) to be treated to permeate from the other surface (12B) toward the one surface (12A), and allows the water obtained by dissolving the chemical agent (14) in the permeated water (W) to be treated to permeate from the one surface (12A) toward the other surface (12B). The chemical agent (14) has a property of being swollen by the water to be treated (W), and the displacement of the permeable membrane (12) during the swelling of the chemical agent (14) is adjusted to be equal to or less than the displacement of the end of the chemical agent (14) on the lid portion (13) side.
