Title:
CHEMICAL AGENT FOR SOLID LUBRICATING FILM FORMATION, OIL WELL PIPE, AND OIL WELL PIPE THREADED JOINT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/255168
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to provide a solid lubricating film in which lubricity as well as excellent corrosion resistance can be imparted to an oil well pipe threading even if the solid lubricating film is employed as lubrication. Provided is a chemical agent for forming a solid lubricating film on a threaded part of an oil well pipe, wherein: a binder resin includes a prepolymer and a curing agent; the prepolymer comprises at least one type of epoxy resin; at least 70 parts by weight of the prepolymer are included relative to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin; the epoxide equivalent weight of the epoxy resin constituting the prepolymer is in the 100–500 range; at least 80 wt% of a solid lubricating agent is BN (boron nitride), the average particle size of the BN being no more than 10 μm; and the total weight of the solid lubricating agent is 0.1–2 times the total weight of the binder resin.
