Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of charging guns. Disclosed are a charging gun capable of changing color according to changes in temperature, and a manufacturing method therefor. The charging gun comprises a gun head, wherein a silicone waterproof gasket is arranged at one end of the gun head, and a terminal gland is connected to a rear side of the silicone waterproof gasket; terminals are connected inside the terminal gland, and a terminal rubber encapsulation is arranged on an outer side of the terminal; and one end of the terminal is connected to a terminal wire harness. In the present invention, a changeable color block uses materials that are different from those of other parts, and is injection-molded by means of a mixture of PC and a temperature-sensitive material, and the changeable color block serves the function of being capable of sensing changes in temperature according to the color change of a gun shell when the charging gun gets hot because of incorrect usage or poor contact during charging, thereby confirming the usage state of the charging gun; and the aim of thermochromism is to indicate the state of the charging gun for an operator by means of the color change of the color block, and a temperature anomaly is indicated by means of the color change of the color block of the charging gun, thereby ensuring the safety of the operator.
