Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a charging apparatus and a charging system. The charging apparatus comprises: a plurality of first alternating-current power supply lines, a plurality of first circuit groups, first direct-current buses, first switch circuits, which are located on the first alternating-current power supply lines, and a phase sequence detection circuit, which is connected to all the first alternating-current power supply lines, wherein rectifier circuits in all the first circuit groups are connected to charging circuits in all the first circuit groups by means of the first direct-current buses. A pooling design is performed on the first direct-current buses, such that a photovoltaic device and an energy storage device can be superposed onto the first direct-current buses. Moreover, whether phase sequences of the plurality of first alternating-current power supply lines are consistent is detected by means of the phase sequence detection circuit, when the phase sequences are consistent, all the first switch circuits are connected, and when the phase sequences are inconsistent, all the first switch circuits are disconnected, such that damage to a device due to wrong wiring can be avoided.
