Abstract:
Disclosed is a chain-type stepless speed reducer, comprising: a box body (60), a pair of driving cone plates including a fixed cone plate (33) and a moving cone plate (2), a pair of driven cone plates including a fixed cone plate (33) and a moving cone plate (2), an input shaft (42), an output shaft (31), and a chain (34), wherein the middle of each pair of driven cone plates and the middle of each pair of driving cone plates are each provided with a set of pulleys (3), and the number of a set of pulleys (3) is any number, such as two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, etc. The stepless speed reducer relies on the fixed cone plates (33) and the moving cone plates (2) and then transfers motive power from the input shaft (42) to the output shaft (31) via the chain (34), realising high rate of work and large torque in the motive power transmission.
