Abstract:
A ceramic valve element assembly, comprising a static sheet and a moving sheet. The moving sheet is rotatably and slidably attached to the static sheet; the static sheet has a first cold water inlet, a first hot water inlet, and a first water outlet; the moving sheet has a first water inlet and a second water outlet; the first water outlet is communicated with the second water outlet to form a water outflow channel; the first water inlet comprises a filter plate mounting cavity and a water mixing cavity which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and communicated with each other; the moving sheet is rotated, the first cold water inlet and the first hot water inlet are respectively or simultaneously communicated with the water mixing cavity; the lower edge of the second water outlet abuts against the interior of the upper edge of the first water outlet, and the moving sheet is moved towards the side away from the water inlet of the static sheet, so that a passage of the first cold water inlet, the first hot water inlet, the water mixing cavity, and the first water outlet is communicated. Compared with the prior art, by means of the specially designed moving sheet and static sheet, impurities accumulated at the bottom of a filter screen can be automatically removed by pulling a handle, thereby reducing a failure rate of an electromagnetic valve.
