Abstract:
A ceramic valve core, comprising an outer cylinder (1) having an upper opening cavity (1A), a stationary ceramic sheet (2), a movable ceramic sheet (3), a support cover (4), and a valve stem (5). A bottom plate body (10) of the outer cylinder (1) is provided with at least three through holes (100). An annular wall body (11) of the outer cylinder (1) is provided with at least one arc-shaped side hole (110). The stationary ceramic sheet (2) is provided with at least three water passing holes (20), wherein the water passing holes (20) are communicated with the through holes (100). The lower surface of the movable ceramic sheet (3) is provided with a slot (30) and a through opening (31) spaced apart from the slot (30). Two of the through holes (100) are first water inlet positions, and the other through hole (100) is a second water inlet/outlet position. When a rod body (50) of the valve stem (5) is rotated to cause the through hole (100) which is the second water inlet/outlet position and the slot (30) to be communicated with each other, a water path forms a first water flow channel; and when the rod body (50) of the valve stem (5) is rotated to cause the through holes (100) which are the first water inlet positions, the through opening (31), and the arc-shaped side hole (110) to be communicated with each other, the water path forms a second water flow channel. By changing a water inlet and outlet structure, the use is more convenient. The ceramic valve core is applied to a thermostatic faucet, can control the opening and closing of two paths of water, and is adjustable in flow; in addition, a check valve is omitted, thus achieving a water channeling prevention function and low costs.
