Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of the treatment of sludge, and more particularly relates to a ceramic sludge treatment method and system. The method comprises: firstly, adding a flocculant to ceramic sludge, stirring and mixing same, and then leaving same to stand for a moment for flocculation and precipitation; initially dehydrating the ceramic sludge after flocculation and precipitation; pulverizing the dehydrated ceramic sludge by means of a pulverizer and then sieving same by means of a sieve shaker to obtain a fine-grain ceramic sludge powder; adding an oxidant to the ceramic sludge powder, and stirring and uniformly mixing same; and conveying the ceramic sludge powder which is mixed with the oxidant to a drying channel for heating and drying, and then subjecting same to an ultrasonic treatment and a microwave treatment in the dry channel to obtain a ceramic micro powder. Further provided is a ceramic sludge treatment system using the above-described treatment method. The ceramic sludge treatment method and system can realize deep dehydration of the ceramic sludge and degradation of the polymer flocculant, and the resulting ceramic powder has a low moisture content, a good dispersity and a relatively high utilization value.
