Abstract:
Provided are cephalosporin C acylase mutants constructed by means of a point mutation method. The cephalosporin C acylase mutants have an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NOs: 3-12. Compared with wild-type cephalosporin C acylase, the specificity and the enzyme activity of substrates of the mutants are improved, and the mutants can be used for catalyzing the production of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid by using cephalosporin C as a substrate.
