Provided is a centripetal guide device for a fluid. The device comprises: a main body portion (11), wherein the main body portion has an annular shape, with an intake hole (11h) being formed therein; and a plurality of guide portions (12), wherein the guide portion (12) is fixed on a peripheral surface of the main body portion (11) and protrudes from the peripheral surface towards a radial outer side. The guide portion (12) is provided with an opening (12p) and a passage (12h), the opening (12p) being opened towards one side in a circumferential direction, and the passage (12h) extending from the opening (12p) to the intake hole (11h). A radial outer wall surface of the passage (12h) extends in a curve from the opening (12p) towards the intake hole (11h), and is used for guiding a fluid flowing from the opening (12p) to the intake hole (11h) during the rotation of the centripetal guide device (1) for a fluid. The centripetal guide device for a fluid of the present application can achieve the centripetal guide function of a fluid, such as oil, by using a relatively simple structure. Further provided is a power system for a vehicle, the power system comprising the centripetal guide device for a fluid.
