Abstract:
Disclosed is a centrifugal switch actuating mechanism, which includes a terminal box (101), a box lid, a first stationary and movable contact blades set (103), a second stationary and movable contact blades set (104), an external swing arm, an internal swing arm and an elastic resetting element (109). The external swing arm includes a first external swing arm (105) and a second external swing arm (107), and the internal swing arm includes a first internal swing arm (106) and a second internal swing arm (108). The length of the first stationary and movable contact blades set (103) is not equal to that of the second stationary and movable contact blades set (104). A motor applying the centrifugal switch actuating mechanism is also disclosed, which includes a stator (4), a rotor (5), a rotation shaft (6) associated with the rotor (5), a front end cap (7), a rear end cap (8), and a centrifugal switch fastened on the rotation shaft (6) and including a centrifugal switch body (9) and the centrifugal switch actuating mechanism (10). The centrifugal switch actuating mechanism desires rather low machining and mounting precision of parts, has advantages of low production cost and longer service life, provides correct and reliable performance to avoid incorrect operation or being out of service, and avoids high transient current, therefore increasing safety performance of the motor.
